This is Brandi's signature LADIES ONLY small group personal training program that has given hundreds of ladies amazing results that they never thought they could reach in such short periods of time.

CHISELED BODY BOOT CAMP

Come CHISEL AND SCULPT that body into the body you've always wanted with this strength building, muscle toning, fat torching workout every Saturday at 8am! 

Saturdays @ 8:00am

YOGA CLASSES

Tuesdays @ 11:00am

Join us for FLOW YOGA! In this class we will use physical movement in connection with our breath to balance and focus while having the benefits of a full body stretch.
