This is Brandi's signature LADIES ONLY small group personal training program that has given hundreds of ladies amazing results that they never thought they could reach in such short periods of time.

• 2 written workouts a week sent directly to your phone/email in an app for the days we don't meet... and includes video instruction

LIMITED TO 10 LADIES PER 12 WEEK SESSION

 

$500 per person for the FULL 12 Week Program or $40 per class*

12 Week BOOTY Camp focusing on controlled movements and time under tension exercises to lift and shape your glutes and define your hamstrings and quads. You’ll receive an intense lower body workout every time you attend. 

 

Members also receive two written workouts on their apps for them to do on their own training time during the week, so that they are training glutes three days a week for maximum results. Workouts are recorded and tracked in the app and monitored by Brandi to ensure progression is happening. *App workouts NOT included for those who choose the pay per class option.

This is Brandi's signature MENS ONLY small group personal training program that MANY guys amazing results that they never thought they could reach in such short periods of time, an atmosphere of motivation without being intimidated by others, and is great for those who are learning the ropes AS WELL as those who have been in the gym for years and just looking to improve their training skills and intensity.
